IMO it's bad. If you go 30% crit 70 % swift build then maybe it is somehow passable.You'll probably get something like 14~17% increased damage from it. Before Entropy and full crit, yes, KBW is one of the best, even better than Grudge maybe. After Entropy, it's worse than Taijutsu, Grudge, Ambush Master and even Cursed Doll in some cases.
